Track and Field Coalition USA (TFCUSA) was founded on the belief that there was a need for transformation of Track &Field and Cross Country competition that had never transpired before. Led by Coach Thomas, who envisioned its progression towards affable competition in order to build future leaders, TFCUSA strives to promote unity through athletic fundamentals that will encourage self-confidence, pride, and excitement of accomplishment to young people from all parts of the country.

MISSION STATEMENT:To advance and grow the sports of cross country and track & field in America through the development of urban, suburban and rural student athletes.

Our Purpose
•To provide an opportunity for student athletes to achieve their maximum potential in both education and their sport.

•To create and support grassroots programs (cross country and track & field). 

•To teach the value and balance of self worth and group loyalty.

•To teach pride in accomplishment through honest, hard work. 

•To teach the value of sportsmanship, integrity and personal responsibility.

•To teach the value and importance of true community service.
